Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately we cannot accept telephone orders at present.

How secure is your website?

When you shop at our website we use PayPal which uses a 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypted secure internet connection to protect your payment details. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to all UK mainland addresses. Most orders will be delivered by next working day. For Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands please allow 3-5 working days.

For all overseas orders please allow 10-14 days.

How much is shipping?

£6.70 for orders constituting £150 or less.

£10.95 for orders over £150

For orders outside the UK mainland, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis. Please email enquiries@theshowroomonline.co.uk.

How do I arrange a return?

Email enquiries@theshowroomonline.co.uk quoting your unique order number. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been accepted for return.

Goods must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a credit note, an exchange or full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. The packages can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your return.

How long will my refund take?

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
