All orders to UK Mainland addresses are dispatched using a Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Most orders will be delivered by next working day, but please allow up to 2 working days for your UK mainland deliveries. For Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands please allow 3-5 working days. For all overseas orders please allow 10-14 days.

During sale time delivery may take longer.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Postage & Packing Costs
Postage and packing charges are £6.70 for orders constituting £150.00 or less and £10.95 for orders over £150.

For orders outside the UK mainland, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis.

Free Delivery
From time to time The Showroom will offer free delivery promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our email updates. Please note that free delivery promotions will be applied at check out.
The Showroom insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by The Showroom and transfer responsibility in the same way.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please simply email our customer care team at quoting your unique order number. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been accepted for return.

Goods must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a credit note, an exchange or full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. The packages can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your return.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

The goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your package.
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
